Business Strategy for founders

Business strategy for solopreneurs who are ready for their next level.

I help founders, freelancers, coaches and consultants stop surviving their business and start building one that actually works – with clear positioning, real clients, and a system that doesn’t depend on luck.

The challenge.

There is nothing more frustrating than building something you love, only to feel like it’s standing still. You have the ambition, but the “next step” feels blurry. I help you find the clarity to move forward with ease and confidence.

The situation

You're working hard.
But something's
off
and you can't name it.

That’s not a talent problem. That’s not a work ethic problem. That’s a strategy problem. And strategy problems have a root cause – one that’s usually hiding behind three other things that seem like the problem.

01

You're not converting the way you should

You have conversations. You send proposals. People seem interested. Then nothing. You’re not sure if it’s your offer, your pricing, your positioning – or all three.

02

You're living paycheck to paycheck

Not because you’re not working hard. But revenue is inconsistent and you’re always one slow month away from stress.

03

You don't know what to fix first

“Post more content.” “Niche down.” “Raise your prices.” None of it sticks because you don’t know what’s actually causing the problem.

04

You're rebuilding from scratch every quarter

You are in reactive mode and wondering why your business doesn’t feel like it’s going anywhere.

You're good
at what you do.
Let's make your
business match.

INTRODUCTION

Let me introduce myself. I'm Violaine.

Violaine Boudon transformative Coach for entrepreneur, freelancer

French, based in Budapest, formerly a Digital Director. I spent +12 years  working in brand, marketing, and digital strategy for global companies across FMCG, beauty, healthcare, SaaS, electronics, travel, and more. (such as P&G, Diageo, Sanofi, Midea, Wizz Air…) I’ve seen what works at the biggest level – and what doesn’t.

Now I work with solopreneurs and small founders who built something real but feel stuck before the next level. Because the sharpest strategic thinking shouldn’t be reserved for companies with €100K marketing budgets. If your business has more potential than what you’re currently seeing, you’re in the right place.
