Pre-work survey
A deep 20-question intake covering your business history, current situation, what’s worked, what hasn’t, and your top 3 goals for the next 90 days. I come to the kickoff fully prepared – we don’t waste any time on basics.
Kickoff workshop (2–3 hours)
The most important session of the Sprint. We map your current situation completely. We define one specific 90-day objective. We identify your top 3 blockers. We build the week-by-week roadmap together. You leave with clarity and a written plan — and in my experience, clients often say this session alone was worth the investment.
5 bi-weekly working sessions (60–90 min each)
These are working sessions, not check-ins. Each one: 15 min reviewing what got done and what didn’t (and why). 45 min working together on the priority. 15 min planning the next sprint. We solve problems in real time — not in theory. If something’s blocking you, we fix it in the session.
Direct WhatsApp access, the safety net between sessions
For the full 90 days: send me decisions you’re unsure about, blockers that come up between sessions, drafts you want a reality check on. I respond within 24h Mon–Fri. This is the layer most clients say makes the biggest difference – having someone to ask before you make the wrong call.
Closing retrospective
We measure everything. What changed, what was achieved, what surprised you. We celebrate. Then we define what system to maintain going forward and, if it makes sense, what Sprint 2 looks like. Day 90 is not the end. It’s the start of the business you’ve built.

A coach typically works with mindset, decisions, and accountability. I do all of that — but I also bring 12+ years of strategic brand, marketing, and digital expertise. I'm not just asking you powerful questions. I'm challenging your positioning, rebuilding your offer structure, auditing your digital presence, and co-designing your client acquisition system. It's consulting and coaching, combined.
Programmes give you a framework and ask you to apply it to your situation. That works for some people. For most of the founders I work with, the problem isn't a lack of information - it's a lack of the right diagnosis for their specific situation. Everything in the Sprint is built around you. Nothing is pre-built. That's also why I only take a small number of clients at a time.

We do a full retrospective at Day 90. You have a working system and a clear path forward to maintain independently. Some clients continue with a second Sprint to go deeper on the next level of goals. There's no pressure to continue - and we only discuss it if it genuinely makes sense for where you are.
