The Business Diagnostic is a structured, one-to-one session, methodical audit of every part of your business that affects growth: your vision, your positioning, your audience, your offer, your pricing, your digital presence, your conversion — and the habits and mindset that run underneath all of it.
Not a coaching call. Not a venting session. Not a general chat about your goals.
I ask hard questions. I listen to what you say, and what you don’t. I look at your LinkedIn, your website, your Instagram… . And then I tell you what’s actually broken, not just what you think is broken.
The output is a written diagnosis with specific, prioritised actions you can take immediately. Most founders leave with clarity they couldn’t reach on their own, because the real problem is almost never the obvious one.

A coaching session typically works with what you already know — helping you process, decide, and move forward. The Diagnostic goes before that. It's an audit - I look at your whole business from the outside and tell you what's actually broken, not just what you feel is wrong. Think of it as a doctor's consultation before the treatment.
Good! that's a useful starting hypothesis. In my experience, the problem people name going in is real. But it's usually not the root cause. We'll verify what you think, and we'll also look at what you might not be seeing. The written diagnosis will confirm, challenge, or reframe - and give you the clarity to actually act on it.
Just the pre-work survey: ~10 questions, about 15 minutes. No slides, no decks, no business plan. I do the rest of the prep by reviewing your LinkedIn, website, and Instagram... before the session. Just show up honestly ready to be challenged.
